PRICES
Units and euros are understood. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The price will be that appears in our online shop at the moment of the acceptance of the order.
The sales prices may be modified without prior notice, being notified to them as soon as possible, although the commitments acquired with the customers at the time of purchase will be respected.
ORDERS
There is no minimum purchase amount for the supply of orders.

TAX
Taxes are in charge of customers. All the prices are VAT inclusive.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is in charge of customers. Will be in charge of the buyer. The price of the shipment is variable according to current promotion.
Shipments to Spain (Península): The price is 5.70 € (standard rate) and the delivery shedule is 48/72 hours. If you place your order before 1pm, we will process it on the same day. For orders placed after 1pm, they will be processed the next day.
Orders with an amount greater than 50 € (VAT included), shipping will be free in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

International Shipments: If you live in a country that does not belong to any of the shipping areas of TUCAMI, please contact us at hello@tucami.com, we will help you to process your order, we will also inform you about the conditions and available rates.
The shipments of the orders requested by urgent transport, or by another agency different from the one that GPSshop has contracted, will be in charge of the customer.
Orders in general are sent through ASM or Correos, although TUCAMI will determine the shipping company according to the type of shipment and can count on any other.

The orders will be served perfectly packed to avoid any type of damage during their transport.
EXPEDITIONS
The merchandise always travels at the buyer's risk, even in the case of special agreements.
RETURNS
customers, in accordance with the right of withdrawal referred to in article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, will have a term of 14 calendar days from the reception of the request to notify their desire to withdraw from one or several products of your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by e-mail indicating your order number, reference and serial number of the products to be returned and follow the instructions received by our customer service. We do not accept returns that have not been previously notified and authorized.
All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or personalized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected in a way that is not received with seals or adhesive tape transport.
If it is not possible to return the merchandise in its original packaging in perfect condition, the merchandise will suffer a depreciation that will be borne by the customer.
Returns must be delivered to destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. The transportation costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.
Once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product in a maximum period of 30 days. We do not refund shipping costs.
Returns will be made on the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
We DO NOT accept returns of customized products, unless the company has made a mistake in the elaboration or customization.
To make changes of size, you must communicate it by e-mail indicating your order number, product reference and new size. The cost of collecting the product is borne by the customer, which must be paid in advance. Once received the information and the postage, the new size is sent and the collection of the previous one.
WARRANTY
The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a minimum period of two years of guarantee, independently of the warranty offered by the manufacturer on the product sheet. The consumer can address both the seller and the manufacturer of the product during this period. The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract.
The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in the TUCAMI guarantees. The guarantee applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers. TUCAMI is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by persons, damages to goods outside the product, loss of profit or loss of profit, damages arising from a deterioration or loss of data.
If the defect of a product comes to light during the first 6 months from the delivery of the good, it is presumed that the anomaly already existed when he bought it and the consumer does not have to prove anything. However, where the lack of conformity manifests itself after 6 months and in dubious cases, the manufacturer or the seller may require an independent expert report to process the guarantee. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation under warranty period there is no problem.
PROPERTY OF GOODS
TUCAMI reserves the right to own the goods supplied until the buyer has not fully satisfied the amount of the same, in which case it will be considered as a deposit and custody. The merchandise may be withdrawn for breach of payment within the previously stipulated term.
JURISDICTION
These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and with renunciation of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz). Likewise, as an entity adhering to CONFIANZA ONLINE and in the terms of its Code of Ethics, in case of disputes concerning online advertising and contracting, data protection, protection of minors and accessibility, the user may resort to the extrajudicial dispute resolution system of CONFIANZA ONLINE.
